Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
